Romani Klein (Mieszkowski) is a well regarded Creative Director/Senior Copywriter who is comfortable liaising with senior stake holders and leading teams. She is very strategic in her thinking and is always looking for human insights and social trends. She is unashamedly enthusiastic about creating world class campaigns with good people. Romani has been called an Idea Machine, along with other, not so flattering names.

Recent freelance advertising clients include By All Means Agency, Shift.Partners and the Hairhouse retail group. Romani has also created web copy for Monash University through BMF and social media content for iconic Aussie brand, Vegemite, through T Garage. While consulting to JWT, Romani created a big brand campaign for Vegemite and the Gamble Aware 'Buried Treasure' TVC and 'Lightning Strike' outdoor, which won a Silver at the Spikes Asia Awards. She also created pitch-winning campaigns for the Australian Government. She was  selected to judge Melbourne's 2010 MADC and the Australasian 2011 AWARD Awards.

Senior Copywriter, Freeform Agency Melbourne — 2009-2013

Senior writer on accounts such as the South Melbourne Business Association, Saba and Mountain Goat beer. Created the Saba Sketch Star promotion to open the new Saba store in Chadstone. Named Rare Breed, the Mountain Goat brand of limited run beers. Presented to senior clients, supervised designers and finished artists, managed brainstorming sessions and led pitch-winning campaigns.

Senior Copywriter, FCB Melbourne — 2005-2009

Created the Honda Civic launch campaign, Kraft Chicken Inabiskit TVC and the Honda CRV launch campaign. Sales of Inabiskit increased by 67% following the TVC and the CRV TVC won Silver and Bronze at the 2007 AWARD Awards. Tutored and mentored AWARD school students.

Midweight Copywriter, Y&R Melbourne 2003-2005

Created a major print and outdoor campaign for Boag’s Strongarm beer, which won four awards at the 2004 MADC Awards.
